Go to meetings to get a sponsor to work a 12-step program to improve your contact with God to help others.  Repeat.

Why?

It works for me.

    funny thing is jess, I wrote this post about 24 hours ago and I just now caught up on a week or 2 worth of blog reading - didn't even know you were trying extra hard to keep things simple last week until just a few minutes ago. I love God!
